A very busy and eventful second week of term. Staff and students already benefitting from the new science equipment.

October 11th has been designated by the United Nations as the International Day of the Girl Child to recognise girls’ rights and the unique challenges face around the world. This year under the theme “ My Voice, Our Equal Future” Extra Mile staff and students arranged a conference to discuss the changes girls want, the solutions big and small that should be introduced.

One of the aims of the trustees this year is to make more effective use of technology to enrich the learning experience of students and to use it to accelerate their progress. To this end staff and students are looking forward to using the projector provided by trustees in a variety of innovative ways,
